The Big Show Gym is home to Team BSG, one of the Top MMA Fight Teams in the Region headed up by Coach Ron Gableman who teaches Mixed Martial Arts to aspiring fighters as well as Kids MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling. Erik Ware is the Head Boxing Coach for Team BSG with over 60 Boxing fights to his credit.
The new Big Show Gym is located next to Dream Fitness 24/7 and Art Of War Gaming on Beechmont Ave, across from U-Haul and Penn Station.

The Belted Kids MMA Program teaches your children self defense, discipline while showing them all styles relating to Mixed Martial Arts such as Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. We have our own Belt System to better organize the skill levels of the children while providing them milestones in their personal development.
