It's been 4 grueling years of pushing and attempts to take the MMA Big Show to a national arena to give top up and coming fighters both pro and amateur alike the exposure they deserve for all of their hard work. It's finally here and on July 17th, the MMA Big Show name will be spoken to tens of millions across the United States.
The MMA Big Show was originally slated to broadcast nationally in 2009 which fell through due to the network having transition issues thus causing the deal to go sour after much hype and to the dismay of everyone involved, especially the loyal MMA Big Show fans. This time, lips have been sealed up to the last minute to ensure another wolf cry wasn't the case. The deal is done, the production has been established and the wheels are in motion for making July 17th ALL OR NOTHING the landmark event we've all been waiting for.
Our mission is simple, we at Big Show Entertainment, Inc want to get every sports bar in the country to carry our live events and we plan to help them market these events with posters, table tents, banners, special guests and more. This first broadcast is an introduction, free to everyone. Our goal is to introduce the MMA Big Show Pro/Am events to the country and obtain interest from the sports bars, public and sponsors for whats to come in November. MMA Big Show: ALL OR NOTHING will feature top up and comers such as Mojo Horne vs. Lucas Lopes. Mojo being a dominant 185lb fighter with wins over Ultimate Fighters Josh Haynes and WEC veteran Brendan Seguin is dangerous on his feet or on the ground. Mojo is also the former Big Show Middleweight Champion. Lucas Lopes, coming out of American Top Team with a 19-9 pro record recently claimed victory over Bubba McDaniel via knockout. Horne is looking to avenge his previous loss to Bubba by defeating the rising star in the middleweight division that is Lopes. Other notable fighters on the card are The Samurai Chris Bennett who achieved an 18-1 amateur record before going pro. TJ Ball who is a hometown hero and training partner with Big Show Champion, turned Strikeforce contender Roger Bowling. Scott Cornwell, also on the card is aiming for a Big Show win after a defeat to Ultimate Fighters Junie Browning back in November of 2009. This event will be broadcast live from the Belterra Casino Resort & Spa in Indiana by means of a multi million dollar production truck, sattelite uplink and a 5 camera shoot in fiber optic HD. Tickets are on sale now. Get them now as this will be an over capacity event!
